CURRICULUM
Courses in this program are offered online, and are designed to give a working knowledge of several areas of industrial and systems engineering, along with a specific area of application. The Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering requires a minimum of 41 credits for the PMP-ISE degree. The following are the basic departmental requirements:
  • 21 graded course credits in industrial engineering (500 level or above)
  • 17 graded course credits in technical electives (a maximum of nine technical elective credits may be taken at the 400 level)
  • Three credits of industrial engineering seminar: IND E 591, 592, and 593 (one credit each)
Completing the Program
Students can enroll full-time, or they may elect to enroll part-time, so the courses can be arranged around professional schedules and other commitments. Part-time study is normally completed within three to four years, and must be completed within six calendar years.
